Team Lead

Description
Responsible for coding for specific requirements, reviewing, testing and other project related activities.
Interpret written requirements and technical requirement documents.
Perform coding to written technical specifications.
Investigate, analyze and document reported defects.
Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test. Performs related duties as assigned
Need to take care of project estimation, scheduling, tracking and delivery
Need to take care of people related aspects like staffing, training, mentoring, performance appraisal and motivating team

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: B.E /B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech with CS / IT / Avionics / ECE
Experience in Avionics Testing or embedded systems development for a period of 4 - 6 years
Experience in managing teams for a period of 2 - 4 years
Good knowledge in software engineering, programming / Debugging skills, Knowledge on Operating Systems
Strong programming skills in Ada/C/C .
Exposure to DO178 standards
Knowledge on tool like CM21, Iteg etc will be added advantage.
Good people / project management capabilities
Exposure to Flight Management System is desired
Able to work independently and manage teams
Good communication Skills and able to work in a team
